- Once our children left the nest, I began learning the art of headshrinking and for many I become the mother they never had. I have learned that the world really needs more good moms. The hubster and I live out in the country where we enjoy the wonders of God's creation. We also learned to wear orange during hunting season!

I'm such a lousy sister. I've always known it was the 8th, but was in such a fog all week that I didn't even know what date it was. We caught up on the 10th, but I still feel like a heel. I hope he knows he's loved, even if his sister is a dork.
